Mr. Speaker, pursuant to Standing Order 36, I am pleased to stand in the House today on behalf of many people from Saskatchewan to present a petition that pertains to the Senate. These people are very unhappy with the Senate. They believe it is undemocratic, it is unelected, it is unaccountable and it is costing us $50 million a year. They want it abolished as soon as possible.
