Mr. Speaker, I rise on a point of order. I would like to understand what you are doing right now. Very seldom do you act this way—and the same is true about us—but the hon. member has barely finished talking that you are on your feet, asking for unanimous consent. We cannot even hear the titles—

We are taking up time. You are right in saying that you are doing something you seldom do and I something I seldom do as well, but we understand what is going on in the House. I need to hear enough to make a decision. But it gets to be pretty repetitive.
