Mr. Speaker, I rise on a point of order. In the same spirit of co-operation that went into the decision to allow additional time so that the members for Ottawa—Vanier and Repentigny could speak, I would point out that there is only one more member who wishes to speak on this topic, the member for South Shore. Once again, I seek the unanimous consent of the House to allow him to speak.
