Mr. Speaker, we need to make a couple of points on the legislation to amend the Income Tax Act.
Before I get into the more detailed parts of the bill, I need to register some things, particularly for the benefit of the listeners. In looking at the situation I asked myself what exactly was happening here in terms of physical terms. A copy of the Income Tax Act was delivered to my office this morning.
