In fact, the father of the health care system in Quebec, Claude Castonguay, pointed out the huge gap between the Clair report and the Romanow report. Can the member acknowledge that the situation in Alberta is not the same as in the Yukon and that the situation in the Yukon is not the same as in Quebec, and that the federal government is in no position to assess the needs of the people?
