I have already quoted from the Journal de Montréal and now, from Quebec City's Le Soleil , “Echoes of totalitarianism; Privacy Commissioner feels Bill C-55 goes far beyond the anti-terrorism legislation”.
I would ask the hon. member how the men and women listening to us should perceive the role of the privacy commissioner.
