I did say earlier to hon. members that it is very difficult for the Chair to hear over the shouting. I would appreciate very much that the hon. member addresses any comments through the Chair and that hon. members wait until there is a questions and comments period to let their comments be known to all Canadians, not just to the Chair and members in the House of Commons.
