Madam Speaker, I will refer back to some of the research that was done by the hon. member from WestlockâSt. Paul. I once again commend him for the tremendous effort that he put into this. We are looking at 400,000 people involved in the present program. I would not want to speculate how much that number would grow, but in 10 seconds I think it would grow immensely.
