He also stated, “I did make Boulay's acquaintance in 1990, but it didn't last for long”. Yet in 2001 he wrote very personal birthday congratulations with a handwritten note.
The Prime Minister is caught in a very big discrepancy. How can he expect Canadians to believe him?
