Mr. Speaker, I rise on a point of order. On the previous vote, prior to this one, we were told that there were 168 votes for and 138 against. That is 306, according to my calculations.I think that at least two or three members were not present, and I do not think you, Mr. Speaker, were allowed to vote. The member next to me did not vote. I would ask you, Mr. Speaker, to please check the vote count.
