Now, the Prime Minister is negotiating an agreement that divides the industry, an agreement whose objective seems to be to follow the agenda of President Bush and not the Canadian agenda.
As a result of his minister’s gaffe, does the Prime Minister now have any other choice than to accept the little that the Americans are offering us?
