Mr. Speaker, as I said yesterday, for the first time in history, a prime minister of Canada will be at the G-8 meeting with a plan in place to reduce greenhouse gases. This is the position that we are promoting to the international community, including the United States, China and the other major emitters. The contradiction rests with the leader of the Liberal Party, whose record for greenhouse gas reductions is much worse than that of Mr. Bush.
