Arctic Bay residents say that the price of shipping these foods to the poor, the vulnerable and the elderly has risen from 80ยข to $13 a kilogram, leaving the price of a Cranberry Cocktail at $38, Cheez Whiz at $29 and a whopping $77 for a bag of breaded chicken.
