I would remind the Prime Minister that the deadline is only 11 days away and that the criteria used to make a decision were never made public. This agreement with China raises many concerns. The arbitration process will be kept secret. Canadian investors will not have reciprocal access to Chinese markets.
It leaves the door wide open to lawsuits, and Canadians will pay the price. So why not consult them?
