The Conservative government is getting ready to abolish the intensive supervision program for offenders at high risk of reoffending. We are talking about preventing sex offenders, bikers and mobsters from being released back into society without strict supervision.
The program is to come to an end on December 31, which is completely unacceptable. This is a program that has proven to be very effective.
