His party in the past few years has demanded that people should be able to qualify for EI benefits in 45 days. That costs $4 billion. Liberals have advocated another series of changes that would cost an additional $2 billion.
That equals a 33% increase in those premiums. Is that still the policy of the Liberal Party of Canada?
