Madam Speaker, I rise on a point of order. In accordance with the Standing Orders, I waited until the completion of that vote to bring my point on a question of privilege. I would like to outline that question of privilege now, which in many ways expands upon my question of privilege from March 2—

Madam Speaker, I know it has been a long night for many and they do not want to hear my question of privilege, but I appreciate the opportunity you have afforded me. As I said, in accordance with the Standing Orders, I waited until that vote was completed before raising my question of privilege. Since questions of privilege are superior to all other actions of the House, I think I can proceed with my question of privilege.
