I thank the hon. member for Joliette for raising this question. A convention definitely exists requiring men to wear jackets. Wearing a tie is not mandatory during votes, but wearing a jacket is. I did not notice any transgressions during the last vote, but I will pay attention and make sure that this rule is observed going forward. I remind all the male members to wear a jacket during votes.
