Madam Speaker, we would first have to come to a common understanding of what progress means. I feel that it would be very difficult for us to find citizens of this fine country who would call it progressive to sit naked in a forest. If we take fossil fuels out of the equation, if we take petroleum products out of the equation, then we can throw away everything from our toothbrushes to our glasses to our shoes to the clothes that we wear to the roof over our head to the seats that we sit on to the homes that we build to the heater that heats them to the car that we drive.
