Mr. Speaker, I rise today on behalf of the one million Canadians who have lost their jobs and not gone back to work since February. COVID-19 is present in Japan, Germany, the United Kingdom, the United States, Italy and France, and yet all of those countries have fewer unemployed workers than here in Canada. In fact, our unemployment rate is 3% higher than the OECD average. Can the minister name one G7 country with a higher unemployment rate than Canada, yes or no?
