Perhaps the best solution is to ensure that Quebec is at the table during these kinds of negotiations to advocate for its own economic interests—and we will see this next year, since this is a temporary agreement.
Would my colleague agree that the provinces should play a larger role in the negotiation process and that this should be formalized going forward?
