Mr. Speaker, I congratulate the member for Davenport on her re-election.
The Liberals have spent tens of billions of dollars in infrastructure in the past number of years. They get an A for promises, but an F for actually accomplishing it. The Parliamentary Budget Officer has found very little evidence of infrastructure happening.
This is especially important in B.C., where I am located. With the floods, there is an immediate need. I recognize that climate change is very important to deal with, but at the same time, we have these needs right now. Could the member comment on the lack of infrastructure being accomplished, both in B.C. and maybe in Toronto?
