Mr. Speaker, we are in the midst of a climate crisis and we have seen the devastating impacts of this crisis in B.C. We know we need to act immediately. The environment commissioner has pointed out that the Liberal government's subsidies are actually not working to reduce emissions as they have claimed. In fact, they are not working at all.
Why will the Prime Minister not end the fossil fuel subsidies once and for all and invest that money into renewable energy, into workers and into reducing our emissions and protecting our environment?
