The most important planning document for a federal government is a budget, yet the current government has spent hundreds of billions of dollars without a plan to reopen the economy. Millions of Canadians are falling through the cracks. Tourism, restaurant, energy, airline and health care workers are all being left behind by the Prime Minister.
