Mr. Speaker, when confronted with a serious crisis, we have to do two things. We have to acknowledge the serious crisis and then take action.
When we talk about taking action, we have to acknowledge who has the power to take action. The government in power has the ability, the resources and the tools to take action. Therefore, I disagree with the member. In fact the government in power, the Prime Minister, who has the power to make decisions, is the one responsible for taking those decisions now, immediately.
It is not about everyone who is at fault. It is the government that has the power to act and refuses to act.
