I wonder if you can just report to the House on the question of bringing an unanimous consent motion when a unanimous consent motion that was identical or very similar has been put forward.

I supported the last motion, of course, but I am concerned about protecting the rights of members insofar as seeing the same motion proposed repeatedly.
