Madam Speaker, I rise on a point of order. I just want to say that, as somebody who is on this side, hearing the conversation, first of all, as you were speaking, there are members from the other side who are basically intimidating the member to stop him from speaking. The comments that were shared, and the tone in which they came, were inappropriate.

The last time the opposition House leader came running out, just to make sure he was interrupted. Time and time again, whether it is in committee or in this House, we see Conservatives stand up any time that member speaks. That is harassment. That is bullying at its best. It should not be tolerated in this House.
