People are probably going to find this shocking at this late hour, after 29 hours of voting: The shopping cart is now the most expensive vehicle in Canada to operate. It is actually unbelievable, and Conservatives will not rest until the carbon tax is axed for families, first nations and farmers.

Mr. Speaker, the cost of operating this place with the exceptional measures that have been imposed is $70,000 an hour. Canadians really deserve more respect for what is generally adopted on division.
