With regard to the making of regulations for the Canada Disability Benefit: (a) what additional costs associated with living with a disability is the government taking into consideration when setting the amount of the benefit; (b) what are the average annual costs for persons with disabilities, both in dollars and as a percentage of disposable income, for (i) food, (ii) housing, (iii) medical expenses, (iv) assistive devices, (iv) transportation; (c) for the costs identified in (b), what are the average annual costs for persons without disabilities?
