Roxham Road became a problem because the federal government did not have a plan. The Prime Minister literally extended an invitation to a wave of asylum seekers without making any preparations to welcome them. It took him years to respond.
Today, Donald Trump is setting the stage for an even bigger wave than what we saw at Roxham Road. No one wants to go through that whole scenario again.
