Mr. Speaker, the Prime Minister said Canadians would judge him by the cost of the food at the grocery store. Because of Liberal spending, the average two bags of groceries now cost $150. When will the Prime Minister show some understanding and urgency instead of constant deflection and delay, while increasing deficits?
