Privacy Commissioner  It is my duty to lay upon the table, pursuant to subsection 40(1) of the Privacy Act and subsection 25(1) of the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act, the Privacy Commissioner's report for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2024. Pursuant to Standing Order 108(3)(h) this report is deemed to have been permanently referred to the Standing Committee on Access to Information, Privacy and Ethics.
