He had asked for a list of contractors that we had on site or contracts that were ending, and for the end dates of those contracts.

I became the director of NCPC in February 2001 on an acting basis and in September 2001 on a full-time basis with a mandate to implement the pension modernization. Public Accounts committee  No. I was retired for two years before.... I'm a retired person. I was off for two years. I was basically doing other things. I've just been in this position for three weeks.

Public Accounts committee  My administrative leave ended probably in November 2004--November or December--when I went on sick leave.

Public Accounts committee  I was paid on sick leave right to the end, when I retired. There was a suspension letter given. I challenged the suspension, it was reversed, and I continued on sick leave. I did not lose a day's pay or benefit.

Public Accounts committee  As I said, I was on administrative leave. To my knowledge, I was not removed. There were never any charges of criminal activity laid against me. I disclosed everything.
