With respect to the superclusters, each of the three areas has proposed investments related to three of the five superclusters.

Industry committee  Chair, I just have further information on PromoScience. As you identified, the $3.5 million in budget 2017, is part of a ramp-up of the NSERC program on PromoScience. This program is dedicated to supporting non-profits in the support of stem cells. I think the additional funding is particularly targeted to women in science and indigenous youth.

Industry committee  Yes, we work directly with the Treasury Board. The Treasury Board is the lead in these activities. As I mentioned, I think two issues that have come up demonstrate the kind of work we're doing on regulatory issues. One is intellectual property, and the second is the Canadian free trade agreement, where we've negotiated a new instrument with the provinces to constantly review regulations within Canada on an ongoing basis.

In terms of the Canadian free trade agreement the CFIB recognized that the culmination of the new agreement was worthy of an award, and the CFIB gave Minister Bains, as well as other ministers, provincial ministers, a Golden Scissors award.
