Procedure and House Affairs committee  Madam Chair, strictly speaking, to formalize it the committee could definitely adopt a motion to adduce the testimony from today's meeting, which was on the study of the main estimates, for the purpose of using it in the other study on conducting an election during a pandemic. The Clerk

Procedure and House Affairs committee  Madam Chair, to Mr. Turnbull's question, these are costs that have been already incurred by the committee because there have been several meals that have been ordered already and consumed, as well as the use of the phone lines and headsets that have been shipped out. The Clerk

Procedure and House Affairs committee  Madam Chair, I could provide further explanation for that. November 5th, 2020Committee meeting

The Clerk

Procedure and House Affairs committee  That's correct. If that works for all of our witnesses, the meeting on November 19 would go from 11:00 to 2:00 with the Speaker of the House in the first panel, followed by the Chief Electoral Officer and Elections Canada in the second panel. Then November 17 would be a two-hour meeting from 11:00 to 1:00 with Minister LeBlanc and senior officials from the federal Leaders' Debates Commission.
