The discrepancy that the member points out is a very valid point. As I mentioned, the information that was shared under the ministerial directive was to be all information.

When it's not possible, given the fact that we are engaging with lots of very diverse groups, we put a premium on people who will understand how to work with these communities and engage in long-term relationships.
