The Environment I am going to interrupt the hon. minister. I am going to wait until everything calms down before we start up again. We started off really well and we are near the end. Let us see if we can make it extend a bit. Hon. minister, please proceed.

Point of Order The hon. member for New Westminster—Burnaby is absolutely right. When members rise to speak in the House or from their homes, they must use the equipment approved by the House. The member for Northwest Territories worked with our technicians to get a microphone that works for him.

Indigenous Affairs Points of orders are not allowed, except on technical matters. I would like to remind members that interpretation services are provided in the House. There is accommodation that takes place in the chamber. Sometimes, technically, it does not always work. We had everything tested and it worked out fairly well.
