Fisheries committee  Good morning, everyone. Welcome to the 100th meeting of the Standing Committee on Fisheries and Oceans in the 42nd Parliament. Pursuant to order of reference on Monday, April 16, 2018, we're studying Bill C-68, an act to amend the Fisheries Act and other acts in consequence. Today for the first hour we have with us, from the Fisheries Council of Canada, Paul Lansbergen, president; from the Forest Products Association of Canada, Kate Lindsay, Director, Environmental Regulations and Conservation Biology; and via teleconference we have Bernie Berry, President, Coldwater Lobster Association.
