We provided names or driver information, and the protest organizers. Nobody who was simply donating or buying merchandise for the protest, unless they were inside the blocked area, would have had their name provided.

When you try to talk to people and they don't want to move in compliance without enforcement, you can always put together a safe enforcement plan, but you have to reduce the footprint in order to do that.
