Natural Resources committee  Thank you very much, to the Chair and the committee, for having me here today. The approach I'm going to take, still within the context of economic impacts, is a little bit different. The way the Pembina Institute attempts to approach matters of energy production and consumption is perhaps broader, or some would say holistic, in that it tries to marry both the social and environmental costs and benefits to provide an overarching framework for how we can make decisions about energy development in Canada.
