Government Operations committee  I can't. It's not something.... I hear these things, and I've certainly been approached by one of the unions that was quite concerned about this in a certain area. As far as I know, there were steps taken to resolve that particular issue. I don't personally know where this is or whether it's a problem across the public service.

The purpose of my presentation is to describe the public service-wide compensation capacity-building work and results in the compensation community.
