I think we would have been challenged to get access to those rates, but in their desperation to try to get the merger approved, we don't really know what Rogers would have offered. What they ultimately offered to Videotron needs to be drawn out now in a proceeding with the CRTC, to see if it actually is undue preference and illegal.
