Bill C-11 committee  Again, we're going back to CCH, which recognized the fact that there is a different way of communicating, and we are part of the communication process. We facilitate a lot of this communication. To be hamstrung in terms of how we fulfill the needs of our clients probably has a lot to do with the fair dealing issue in terms of libraries and how we function.
