Government Operations committee  I can tell you that we did know about SCC, the Standards Council of Canada, the transfer. We did know about the Afghanistan task force, that that was going to sunset. For the strategic review, we put in our amounts last year, so we knew those amounts. For security-related initiatives, yes, we knew at that time that our reference levels would be reduced.

For example, we were talking about commissions of inquiry; we have conducted several on a regular basis over the past few years. I would say that this represents an average of approximately $12 to $15 million per year over the past few years.
