Natural Resources committee  I will speak very briefly today. I won't take a great deal of time. My name is Tony Clarke, and I am from the Polaris Institute. Together with the Parkland Institute in Alberta and the Canadian Centre for Policy Alternatives, we have been engaged in monitoring and watching the developments that have been taking place in the Alberta tar sands or oil sands.
