I should point out that we, as part of the judging process, convened a committee of experts of various professions from across the country. All the applicants were put through a very rigorous judging process, and the ones that were the best were chosen.

Natural Resources committee  If you were a purchaser of a new energy efficient home, you could document the energy efficiency of that home. There are a number of ways to do that. First of all, if it is a certified R-2000 home, you would qualify. Second, if it is a home built under a number of provincial programs that are similar to R-2000, it would also qualify.
