Justice committee  Yes, the cases that were brought to the Supreme Court by Professor Montero were considered by the Supreme Court, but were put aside because the Supreme Court basically argued that they were not dealing in their decision with people suffering from psychiatric disorders. They basically sent the message that they were not dealing with that particular category of people who might ask for physician-assisted dying.
