Status of Women committee  One would be to continue to enhance the dialogue with indigenous communities. In many cases, indigenous communities have the answers to some of these issues. Whatever we can do to continue to facilitate dialogue with those communities and invite their ideas and their perspectives on ways we can address these very pressing issues would be an ideal thing to continue to pursue.

Status of Women committee  I definitely think that any opportunities that will facilitate that gradual reintegration into the community for offenders are extremely beneficial. Work release is definitely one avenue to accomplish that and give them an opportunity to gain very important work-related skills so that when they're released into the community they're ready to undertake an opportunity to provide for themselves and to contribute back to the community in a healthy way.
