Byelection in Outremont  Mr. Speaker, I am deeply honoured to rise as the member of Parliament for Outremont. I want to thank all the voters and assure them that I will work very hard to do a good job of representing them. I also want to thank the Prime Minister and all the members of our caucus who came to visit my constituents with me.
