Finance committee  Yes, quite. I am also the president of a major ski resort in Quebec. This winter, we ran into a labour shortage. We had 30 to 50 fewer people to help us operate normally. We obviously believe that the labour shortage is a result of the pandemic. People don't necessarily want to work with the public, and in some cases that's perfectly legitimate.
